This website is the online store for the sale of products via the internet (hereinafter "store") of the store "The-Watchmaker", under the name THE WATCHMAKER E.E. with VAT number: 802376640 and No. G.E.M.I.: 175272305000, Address Georgiou Papandreou 38 546 46 - Thessaloniki, Contact Phone 231 1112345, E-mail info@the-watchmaker.store. The terms of use of the shop are included herein in a clear, sharp and comprehensible manner. Furthermore, any contract concluded through the store is governed by the terms stated herein and those, if applicable, agreed between the parties. Any other terms are expressly excluded. Without prejudice to the principle of good faith and fair dealing and to the provisions governing legal transactions in general, in particular those concluded at a distance (where applicable), any user who enters and makes use of the services of the shop shall be deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept the terms set out herein, without exception. If a user does not agree to these terms, he or she must refrain from using the shop and from any transaction with it.


For the conclusion of a contract with the store (e.g. purchase of goods) through the e-shop, registration on the website (using a "username" and "password") is not required. During the purchase process, the user will be asked to login (if already registered) or to indicate the details to which the goods will be sent and invoiced. If the user wishes, he can either register as a user using userrname and password, and thus his details will be stored for future transactions, or he can choose not to register as a user, in which case in future transactions he will have to re-enter the relevant details. The user, using the unique combination of User Name and Password that he has declared, has the following possibilities:

α) Complete the order of the products added to the shopping cart.

b) View previous orders placed on the-watchmaker.store

c) To modify the address details of his/her account.

The customer's data that the store receives from the customer must be true and accurate. This information remains strictly confidential in accordance with the details set out in the Privacy Statement.

The store states that it covers shipments only within Greece. Delivery time may take 3-15 working days from the time the order is shipped from the store, depending on the destination (distance, difficulty of access). In cases of delayed delivery due to force majeure (e.g. road closures due to strikes or extreme weather conditions) the company is not responsible.

In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by means of Directive 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided for throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside his/her professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he/she can initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-European platform for electronic dispute resolution (EDR platform)

Protection of Personal Information

Our Privacy Statement describes how the store manages the data it receives from users of its services. The use of the services provided by the store implies acceptance of the collection and processing of this data, as described in the Privacy Statement.

Limitation of liability

The "The-Watchmaker" store in the context of its transactions from the online store is not responsible and is not liable for any damage or damage resulting from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs the customer concerned on the basis of the data kept on the availability or not and undertakes in the event of a change in these data, to inform customers in a timely manner about the unavailability so in this case it has no further liability. The online store provides the content (e.g. information, names, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available via the website "as is". In no case, the store is not liable civilly or criminally for any damage that a visitor of the online store or a third party may suffer from a cause related to the operation or not and/or the use of the website and/or the inability to provide services and/or products and/or information available from it and/or from any unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the products purchased from our online store (either via the internet or by telephone) without any compensation and without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if

a) the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with, together with the retail sales receipt or invoice

b) notify the-watchmaker.store in writing of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. In case of withdrawal - you must return the products to "the-watchmaker.store" during business days and hours. Depending on the method you chose to pay for your order, and regardless of the method of return, your refund will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made by the same means of payment you used during your purchase, either by crediting your bank account, via PayPal or directly to the card you may have used.

The rights of cancellation and withdrawal should not be confused with the case of defective goods, as these are covered by their respective guarantees.

Returns of products which are considered defective upon delivery:

In case the Customer finds a defect in a product, he/she should contact the online store immediately after delivery, on the same day, or the next working day at the latest, either by phone or by email. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product and complete its packaging. In these cases the following applies:

In case of liability of the store for actual defect or lack of agreed quality of the goods, the user is entitled to replacement of the item with a similar new one, or in case of unavailability with another new product of equivalent quality and price. In order for a quality to be considered as agreed, it must be agreed in writing. The shipping costs both for the return of the products to the store and for the reshipment to the CLIENT of the replaced product are borne by the store! In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other means to a total or partial set-off of this claim against the customer.

Returns of Products due to delivery errors:

In all cases in which products other than those sold are delivered, by type or quantity, or lacking properties previously agreed in writing with the store, the customer must contact the customer service within 24 hours after delivery to authorize the return of the products for inspection and verification of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company and the costs of re-delivery to the customer shall be borne by the store, provided that the method of return proposed by the store is followed.

All payments made using electronic payment are processed through the electronic payment platforms "PayPal and Viva Wallet" and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
